Dean’s help throughout the process of buying and selling houses was great. I appreciated his advice, all his efforts to advertise and sell our place, and that he always promptly and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was also easy going and enjoyable to work with, while being professional and meticulous with all the bits and pieces that go into these transactions.

It was our first time selling a house and Dean made the process easy, and gave us a lot of guidance through the negotiation process. We received the price we were hoping for, so we are extremely happy! He also helped us purchase our new house. With his experience, he knows what to look for in a good house. He would not let us a buy a house that he would not buy himself! I will always recommend Dean to anyone looking for a real estate agent. He is always helpful, available, and a fantastic person to be around!

My family has worked with Dean through every house sale that we had ( about 3 ) and he just helped me find my own place now as well. I have never been more happy and comfortable working with someone. He goes above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered and concerns are heard. Thank you Dean!!!!

Dean was extremely helpful and answered all of our silly first-time homebuyer questions. He was always very easy to contact, and never had an issue scheduling to view homes (even with sometimes short notice). Really friendly and easy going guy. We're happy to say we are finally homeowners! Thanks Dean for all your help!

Dean sold my house quickly, and helped us find the home of our dreams! I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I would strongly recommend Dean to all home buyers and sellers. He is a fantastic real estate agent!
