After my mothers house sat on the market for 2 months with no offers, we knew we had to find someone who knows what they are doing with lots of experience. Then we found Kelly, within a week we had 3 offers! She did an amazing job and is very friendly, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to get the job done. I would 100% recommend her to anyone in the Durham region.

We had a great experience with Kelly. Her communication and transparency was immediately evident. Our home sold in less than a week and we ended up with a great offer... Over asking! We would highly recommend Kelly to buy or sell. Thanks again Kelly!

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly during the sale of my home back in 2015. She did an outstanding job in guiding me through the sales process, tips and tricks to get the most value out of the house and most importantly created a true partnership through the process.
