It was a pleasure to work with Josh. His tag line is a perfect description “knowledge broker” throughout the process he stayed in touch Keeping us informed on the process and giving suggestions. Sold our home and found us our dream home. We were able to cross off ALL of our wish list with this house and still keep within a budget. Plus my husband cut his commute in half and we are minutes away from my family. Josh helped make our dreams come true.......... Thank you so much for all your help and hard work.

Josh was fantastic to work with from start to finish in securing a new location for our office to expand to. He is professional, personable, and has plenty initiative to get things done. Even with all of my questions and distraction, he was patient and provided the information and guidance that we needed to finalize the arrangement. He is very quick to respond to any communications and he kept my stress level in check. We would definitely recommend Josh and his team.

We had a great experience working with Josh to rent out our home. As first time landlords, the process was new to us, but Josh was patient, responsive, answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process right up to and including the actual closing of the deal. Very thankful to have found him!

We had a great experience working with Joshua for the sale of our first home and purchase of our second. He was not only extremely knowledgable, but very approachable and trustworthy. He made great recommendations in preparing our home for listing which led to selling over asking, and helped us get into our new house with confidence and expertise. We have recommended him to many friends already. Thank you Josh!

As a mortgage broker, we always appreciate when we are dealing with real estate agents of the highest calibre. The customer experience is second to none. Recently Joshua's team and my own helped a young family move up to their dream home, and Joshua's services in re the purchase were first class!
