We just sold our house with Greg Hart of Jay Miller. We couldn't be happier. Greg had a strategy start to finish, kept us well informed, extremely knowledgeable about the market situation and always welcomed questions. Staging, filming/ photography is top of the line. The Jay Miller team is super well organized. Couldn't be happier!

Really Couldn't ask for more

Sandra Silva and the Jay Miller Team were everything we could hope for in a realtor. They were professional from beginning to end. They were clear in their communication, prompt in their service and guided us through the whole process of selling our house with an ease that reassured us. The Miller team really functions as a team with office support, logistics (signs etc.), open house coverage, working together to ensure a smooth sale. We would highly recommend Jay Miller realty and specifically Sandra Silva.

Cindy and the whole team at Jay Miller made the whole experience of selling my first home so much less stressful. Cindy was amazing and responded anytime I had the smallest concern or question and made me feel like I was her only client, which couldn't be farther from the truth! Everything from marketing to pictures/video and suggestions was top notch. The whole team works well together and when they say they will be here or do something you can count on it. Jay Miller Real Estate will always be the one I call for any of my real estate needs!

Ian Hart was the agent who helped us with our transaction and I must say I would recommend him to anyone! He always is prompt in his messaging and kept us informed right through the process. This was our first home purchase so I was expecting to feel clueless but Ian helped us right along the way. He is attentive, professional, and delivers superior client satisfaction and always made time for us. 5 stars for Ian and the Jay Miller team.

When it came time for my girlfriend and I to start looking to take the next step in our lives together, Cindy was with us every step of the way. She helped get my girlfriends house ready to be sold, and it sold for asking price, on the first day it was on the market. From there, we were able to have our sights fully on looking for our house in Barrie together. Cindy was great at getting us into see homes with short notice (sometimes less than an hour). During the negotiations, Cindy was strong willed and made sure that we weren’t settling for anything. This helped us get our closing date moved up to a date that worked much better for us than we had previously accounted for. Cindy remained in constant communication with us throughout the entire process, and even after our deal had been completed.

Recently we worked with Jay Miller Real State team for selling our property. They are a very professional team and everything went very smooth from day first as it was promised. Mathew, our agent, is very knowledgeable, professional and supportive. He was always available when we needed. It was a great experience working with Jay Miller team. They were a great support through the stressful process of selling and we sold our property less than a week. We are very grateful to work with such a wonderful team.

From the moment I met my agent Stephanie Hekman, from Jay Miller's office, I felt comfortable and knew I was in great hands. Everyone we spoke to at the office was very friendly and professional. Stephanie was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Her attention to my needs in not only helping sell my house but find a rental in a new area was excellent. I would definitely recommend Stephanie and Jay Miller to anyone that needs to buy and/or sell a home! Thank You all!!!
