Dave was recommended to us from a friend when we were looking to purchase our first house. Dave was extremely thorough and insightful. He answered all the questions we had about purchasing a new home and was efficient following up on all of our inquiries. Dave also went above and beyond to insure we got everything we were looking for in a house and more! I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for an agent in the York Region area.

I needed to move from Newmarket to Toronto. In less than 2 days I was moved into the perfect condo and couldn't be happier. I don't know anything about the process on how to apply for renting a condo and Dave was there every step of the way. No time wasted, couldn't have asked for more or better.

I called David to help me downsize after my wife died from cancer this spring. David had helped us before with the sale of our previous home, and the purchase of the home I was now selling. I had found David to be very personable, committed to understanding my needs, competent, and a solid track record. David sold my home in time with my needs, and found me a condo home in Alliston perfect for my new life situation. I needed to be in a community of people my age and with similar life experiences. David came through again for me, at a time of great difficulty and stress for me. Thank you David. You are one of my one call people - you always come through.
