John at Benjamins Realty was amazing to work with. Such great service, and really good advice from knowing the area, it's history, and development plans so well. Got us our dream house in downtown Kitchener, and we love it.

furious!!! they had a home listed we really want. I was ready to pay over asking and make an offer the day It listed but was told they would NOT be taking offers until 2 days after the open house. Here we are on open house day ready to see the house and let them know we want the place. House sold!!! cancelled open house!!!! Thanks for selling this place and not giving us a chance.

We had a great experience with Jake and Mark at Benjamins Realty when purchasing our first sixplex investment property. They were very professional, informative and helpful guiding us along the way with lots of patience and no pressure in making decisions. Always on time for every meeting and provided timely answers to all our requests. They also always went above and beyond trying to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend them as your real estate agents. We are definitely going to use their services again in the future.
