I'd give a zero if I could! Don't ever deal with this firm, particularly with Paul Allen. They are incredibly unethical. They do not work to get you the best deal for your home. They are more interested in getting their commission fast! And if you are a buyer with another realtor, don't expect your offer on a house to be taken seriously if you're competing with another offer from their own office. They will take their offer first without a proper opportunity for you to counter. They are obligated to tell you if a competing offer is coming from their own agency. In my case, they did not, which is a violation of the real estate guidelines. That's because they want both the buyer and seller's commission. This leaves the seller of the home not getting the best deal. There are so many other reputable real estate agencies out there, stay away from this one! There is a reason why they have such a poor reputation!.

We looked at a house through Scott Taylor. Sent follow up emails as we were interested in the property. He never bothered to email us back. This agency was a waste of our time. I would suggest staying away until they understand the importance of replying to messages and following up with potential clients in a timely fashion. Thanks for wasting our time Scott.. ~ D.

I am on the Ontario "Do Not Call" list and have advised Keller Williams repeatedly of this. They insist on calling me to ask if I want to sell my home, knock on my door, etc. Obviously they are not an agency that pays attention to details or the needs of others and should not be trusted.

He brought a guest to our house and gave unfair and rude review. He did not even leave a business card in the house, very unprofessional.
