My husband and I met Stephanie in 2009 when we enlisted her services to buy a new home and sell our existing one. Once we had purchased a home, Stephanie had our house sold within four days of being on the market. Fast forward to winter of 2017 when we reconnected with Stephanie to once again sell our home (the same one we purchased with her in 2009) and find us a new one. Once again, Stephanie worked her magic. Having secured the deal for our new dream home, Stephanie set out to sell ours and did so ... our house sold within 2 days of being on the market for over asking (multiple offers). There are so many good things my husband and I can say about Stephanie: she is professional, extremely hard working, was accessible at any time to answer all of our questions, walked us through each step both in buying and selling in a way that kept us calm and focused, as the process can be extremely stressful; yet Stephanie made each step in the process seamless and easy for us. Having a realtor that does the research and knows the market in order to price a house correctly, has a team to help you stage your home in order to appeal to a wide market and, once a deal is on the table, gets it done regardless of day/time/circumstances etc. is invaluable. The fact that Stephanie made each deal happen so quickly and efficiently is priceless. Needless to say, no matter how many years form now, when we are ready to sell again, Stephanie will be the realtor we give our listing to. Thanks, Stephanie, for going above and beyond for our family; for helping us find and buy our dream home (including my brother whom upon my recommended used Stephanie to find him a house and she did so within a week) and for making the experience of selling our house so easy!

Never Quits!! Stephanie sold me my first home 14 years ago and i never forgot how patient she was with me. Over the years i met a lot of other agents but, none of them made me feel like i could trust them enough with my business. I had no second thoughts of calling Stephanie and putting that same house on the market again. She really knows the market and the business so you don't feel left out. I can't write enough about how committed she is to her job. Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family.

She went above and beyond to find the right house for myself and by coincidence my sister and brother-in-law as of late. She will not be satisfied just finding you a house, she wants to find you the right house. Thanks so much Stephanie! 🏠

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie to sell our home. Stephanie did a fantastic job of promoting our property and getting lots of traffic through the house. She was extremely skilled at negotiating with the buyers and securing a deal well over the asking price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephanie as a realtor who will go above and beyond to get great results.

Stephanie is a very courteous, honest and approachable agent. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately which made the whole process of selling our home stressfree. Our home was sold in three days! It was a pleasure dealing with Stephanie Simone! You will not be disappointed.
