Working with Carl on our home search has been an absolute pleasure. From the moment we met Carl we knew we're in good hands. Carl walked us through the anticipated closing costs of a home purchase, the pros/cons to particular neighbourhoods, and was very patient with the entire search process. The great thing about working with Carl is that he brings a strong financial background and also is able to give you advice on potential valuations of a property. My wife and I fell in love with a unique custom-built home that was over 30 years old with minimal comparables on the market. However, Carl did his best to help us grasp what a reasonable price would look like and coached us through the negotiation process. Carl was always a phone call or text message away and was very responsive to emails. He provided full transparency during the home search and negotiation process and we got our dream home thanks to Carl! I would not hesitate to recommend Carl to my friends and family - he's a gem of a person and a fantastic realtor to work with!

I truly appreciate the help I received from Carl . He understood my need and was able to find me a place much above my expectation and with a price that more than fit my budget. He was very professional in negotiating on my behalf and did an excellent job. I sincerely thank him and appreciate his professionalism.
