Pam really does give you 110% in everything she does and so honestly cares about what is best for you and your family. If she feels at all that it isn't the best fit she will be the first one to suggest there will be another one for you not worrying about loosing the current deal and her commission. I so very highly recommend Pam and that she will go above and beyond your expectations.

Pam is a GREAT agent. As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start and what to look for. Pam was very patient and considerate when we were looking for a house. He took us to MULTIPLE houses in different cities within the area to show us what we could get for our money. She was also very thorough telling us which houses needed a lot of work and which houses were move in ready. We felt very comfortable working with Pam since she never tried to 'pressure' us into any home. She is also a great friend. When we first bought our house, we had no contacts in the city. Pam was our go to person for anything we needed. She had her close contacts for every service we needed. All in all Pam did an excellent job finding us our first home which we absolutely love! Thanks Pam!

From having a clean and low credit score as a result of being fairly new to Canada finding me a roof over my head went from job to a personal challenge with Pam .she went from agent to a friend as a result. The battle was real and I owe her a few bottles of wine as saying many thanks doesn't seem enough to praise her efforts.

Pam helped us find a home we could continue to make memories in. She is very thorough and listens to all your wishes to make them come true to the best of her ability. I highly recommend Pam Bechard to sell your current home and search for that next home chapter.
