Coles Notes: You cannot afford to NOT work with Sara Haines to buy and / or sell your home. If you're looking in the Halton Hills region, save your time and look no further than her if you want an honest, hard working agent who goes above and beyond the call of duty and has the highest level of integrity. Long Version: When my girlfriend (now fiancée) and I were looking to purchase our first house, we quickly found one that we found in love with. We had met Sara a few weeks earlier, after finding her on Facebook, but at this point haven't signed any agreement with her. We went and saw the house that we were interested in, and the listing agent offered us a reduced commission rate because she would be the buyer and seller. From the moment we met with her, we had a really good feeling about Sara, and wanted to work with her. Instead of working through the listing agent, we ended up calling Sara right away, and she rushed out to meet us in the office to go over the listing in detail including an overview of the current market scenario, as well as what comparable houses sold for. As first time homebuyers, she made us feel extremely comfortable, unpressured, and confident in making our decision. This was three years ago now, and Sarah has kept in frequent contact with us, guiding us with renovations and a million of other questions that she had no obligation to help with. We are currently in the process of looking to resell our first home, and working with Sara again was a no-brainer.
