Mr Shaendra Shrivastava was very unprofessional. They first booked a showing for morning and just 30 mins before the time called and canceled. Than around 2 called and asked if they could just come in 5 mins which i said no as i have 2 little one under the age of 3 years. They booked a showing for the same day at evening. Than only he shows up and as soon as he came didnt even bring the client and just at the kitchen he said the client will not like the sink on the island. Where as it clearly shows in the pictures on our listing that the sink is on the island . And left saying he will call the client and ask if they are still interested to see the house and never got back to us. Very unprofessional of him. Would not recommend to anyone to go with him.

A Very experienced team and professional. They support Easter Seals Ontario charitable organization to help kids with physical disabilities succeed. The hard work and commitment of this team makes them outstanding.

Word to the wise, if you are interested in renting, You may want to avoid this agency. The following is an account of my experience with Century 21 Green Realty: 1) March 23rd , 2017 between 3-4pm – I called the office and was told that the agent responsible for a property I was interested in, was out of the office. The woman at the front desk asked for my phone number and I was informed that a message would be left for the agent to contact me. I did not hear anything back. 2) March 23rd , 2017 – I emailed the agent through the realtor.ca email feature. I indicated that email was the best way to contact me and that I would like to book a showing for that Friday if possible. I did not hear anything back. 3) March 27th , 2017 around 4:17 pm – I called the office for a second time and was told that the property was still available and that the agent would be texted and would give me a call. I did not hear anything back. 4) March 27th, 2017 - my fiancé emailed the realtor. He did not hear anything back. 5) April 1 , 2017 12:44pm – I tried to contact the agent directly through the direct number listed on the Century21.ca website, the phone rang four times and then cut off. 6) April 2, 2017, between 3 and 5pm – I emailed the Broker/Owner using his personal contact page email feature. I did not hear anything back. 7) April 4, 2017 11:08pm - I checked the realtor.ca link where I first viewed the property and saw the message “ The Property you are seeking no longer exists on REALTOR.ca. Please contact your REALTOR” 8) April 6th, 2017- A close friend of mine who lives on the street relayed to me that either that day or the day before, the sign on the property (that had been up throughout my one sided correspondence with Century 21) had been taken down, while the wooden post that held it still remained. 9) April 15, 2017 - I emailed corporate detailing my experience with the company. 10) April 15, 2017 - Corporate responded: Thank you for your comments about your recent experience with CENTURY 21 Green Realty Inc. Please be advised that as each CENTURY 21 office is independently owned and operated, the owner of each CENTURY 21 office is ultimately responsible for the activities of their sales representatives and staff. If you have not been able to reach a successful resolution, please ensure we have been provided with your full name and contact details, and the appropriate Franchise Services Advisor for this office will be notified. 11) April 22, 2017 – I became aware that the property was listed for sale. 12) July 18, 2017 - The property is still listed for sale. Needless to say we found a rental on our own and dealt with the actual property owner. However the complete lack of courtesy shown by Century 21 Green Realty in my attempt to view this property was absolutely unacceptable, curious and quite frankly shady.
