Our experience was devastating ,has been months & we are still suffering from their unprofessionalism.

Worst experience ever! We purchased a house with Brock W, one of their broker. After taking position of the house, we had so MANY issues. We did an Home inspection but all the issue where hidden. When we start to do some improvement, we realize how poor the job has been done. Brock told us that the seller was one of his regular client and he was doing such a great job to renovate houses, that he had a property management business bla-bla-bla. We had to contact him back when discovering all the issue, electrical, plumbing, venting, even gas!! That whole story is a F@*#|ng joke!!! We had to spend 30K to fix everything. Every time he told us that the seller didn't want to do anything. Even with gas issue and a 8 month baby in the home he didn't care of what could happen... Meanwhile it's hard to be friend on Facebook and also compromise the business that you're doing together, right? So I called one manager to explain the situation as it last for more than 2 month, and she was also useless. Basically when they sold they don't care of what's happening after. No support at all, not even an appointment to discuss and try to find any sort of solution or advice. We have been buying 4 houses the last 3 years, we never faced people like that on the real estate market. Anyway potential buyer, be careful because they look very friendly but they are not looking after your interest.
