Andrea and I met through a co-worker. As a first time home buyer, I wanted someone who was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Andrea is both. When it came time to sell my parents home I again turned to Andrea. She handled all the paperwork and the difficulties of one parent being deceased and the other in a nursing home. She is compassionate and goes above and beyond. Andrea has connections to people that home buyers need along the way, eg. lawyers, home inspectors, tradesmen etc. that come in handy. I am so proud to call Andrea my friend and Real Estate Professional.

Many years ago when we first met Andrea Maddox, our experience was such a great success, that we continue to recommend her to everyone! Recently we called on her again to help us with our listing in August. When we were faced with multiple offers that were overwhelming to us, Andrea with her knowledge and experience, fielded many questions and phone conversations, and we were confident that she addressed all our concerns. We could not have done it without her guidance. Andrea went above and beyond, and once again, the outcome was more than we could have hoped for. We cannot thank Andrea enough for everything, and we will continue to highly recommend her to everyone! Judy and Dan Volpato

Once again my husband and I have entrusted Andrea Harley Maddox with the listing for our house. She has spent more than the required time attending to our needs. We are impressed with the variety of outlets Andrea has used to advertise the sale of our home. She is a compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. We like Andrea so much that we have chosen her as our representative for the third time.

What a great experience with Andrea! Throughout the entire process she was patient and really listenened to our needs. She was ready with suggestions and ideas, and found many perfect choices for us ultimately leading to the quick sale of our old house, and the smooth purchase of the new one. Andrea is knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

Worst experience ever giaccamo a realestate agent that works here sold us a place we haven't been here for even a month and I was just able to finally do laundry yesterday and there was a flood not to mention him ND the landlord saying who we can and cannot speak to on the premises where we live. We are being evicted now 3 weeks in and the day after we can finally do laundry because we have a cat so we are told by the woman upstairs but when giaccamo calls tells us that he doesn't have a reason and to start looking for another place. The woman upstairs has a dog but we aren't allowed a cat not to mention being illegally evicted because they don't like cats/ it's illegal to evict without a reason and to evict people with pets unless allergic which is a new law in ontario. The recipe we were given for first and last month's rent was not signed by giaccamo or the landlord nor was the lease the only people who signed the supposed lease and recipe were myself and my boyfriend david and giaccamo signed the lease when the landlord should have signed it. I'm beyond unsatisfied with the results this realestate company gave me I do not recommend these people. Disgusting behavior from a land Lord not to mention realestate agent I've ever encountered. Pathetic
