I heard about Adrian from a friend who highly recommended him and his excellent abilities in serving the needs of his clients. Adrian is an excellent communicator, is very knowledgeable and on top of everything in both the buying and the selling end. He was the consummate professional. Adrian provided answers to all my questions and more importantly he provided me with the insight needed to make informed decisions. Going in I did not really believe in the value of a real estate agent, but Adrian has changed my view. No one likes to pay a commission, but he earned every penny of his on both ends. Aside from all I have said above I am most impressed with his ability to provide value for me. He sold my home at a price considerably higher than I expected and he negotiated hard to save me money as I purchased my new home. Thanks for finding me the perfect home that meets my present needs and for helping me through the entire process of buying and selling. Jeff Goodall

Adrian goes above and beyond what is expected of a Real Estate agent. Always willing to answer questions. He is patient and understanding and will get you the answers you need in a timely manner. I purchased a home through Adrian in 2014 and it only felt right to ask him to help me sell that same house in 2018. Adrian is at the top of my list with regards to agents and he will always be my go-to guy when needed. I would recommend Adrian to anyone looking for a competent and trustworthy agent. Thanks again Adrian for everything. Working with you has been a pleasure.

Adrian has been great. He went through house after house with us until we found the right place that fits our needs. He knows the market well and what fair market value is. I was impressed with his knowledge of requirements for zoning as well as other safety issues to look out for. He never pressures you into putting in offers you are not comfortable with just to get a house. I would highly recommend his skill sets in searching for your home.

We used Adrian for both selling and buying. With selling our house, he was honest and forthright, giving us accurate advice on a house with few comparables. And yet he got us a good price for our home. In purchasing, we looked at multiple properties and in each he gave great pricing advice and knowledgeable comments on the houses' strengths and needs. Adrian has a real understanding of the Brant market. I would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

This guy goes to bat for you, he has tons of experience and knows the real estate market very well. Adrian worked hard for us to get what we wanted for our house. He’s a down to earth guy who actually cares about his clients yet he’s very professional and gets the job done. It’s nice to see someone who puts his clients first in a very cutthroat money hungry industry. Highly recommended!! Keep up the good work Adrian!
