I recently bought a home listed by this brokerage, more specifically Marianne Vandelinde. Very unprofessional. Without going into details, I wouldn’t recommend this realtor and wouldn’t want my situation with them to happen to anybody else. Between the headache and stress of the situations they have put me in, along with all of my wasted time trying to fix their mistakes and showing up to a home viewing that they never actually set up, my experience has been horrible. I would recommend using somebody else as a realtor if you have the option. The only thing I’m happy about is that the deal is done and I’m moved in.

We had the wonderful experience of working with January. She always worked her schedule to fit ours. Besides being super flexible with her schedule she would respond in minutes when we needed her. January made buying a home a fun and stress free experience! She is an amazing agent that knows all the ins and outs!
