My entire experience with the Flat Rate Team was outstanding. I purchased a home in 2006 and just sold it in December 2017 with Adam Simmonds. Adam Simmonds is unique. Whether I was buying or selling my property it was very stressful for me. Adam always succeeded in calming my stress through his expertise/knowledge and positivity. I can’t thank Adam enough. Finally I must stress how imperative it is to choose an agent that has the breadth of knowledge equal to Adam’s if you want a smooth transition into or out of your property. Thanks again Adam, Lori Marmoreo

We have been working with Adam over the last ten years. His extensive knowledge of the local real estate market is remarkable. We have just recently purchased our ‘forever home’, it took close to a year and a half to find it. Adam was extremely patient, attentive and worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for our family. Adam is the only realtor that we would trust with our biggest investment. The team at Flat Rate Realty is absolutely the best in the business.

Just contacted Flat Fee to inquire about the rate of commission for a home seller in peterborough but was met with rude and unprofessional customer service . I guess that solidifies remax as our representatives again , i understand its a rely service but that 3mins was pathetic ! Oh by the way our 2nd property is in east city , a block from nichols oval , little lake , lift locks , beaches, two public schools and in a established neighbourhood . cheers !
