Shannon Sullivan, helped us me and my girlfriend find a great townhouse to rent. She showed us one place then took us to see another after indenting our needs. Sure enough it was exactly what we were looking for and more. After living there for 1 a year lease we sought Shannon's services to help us buy our first home. She was so helpful in the process showing us many different properties until we found our perfect home! She is so prompt to respond to requests and helped us with literally every facet of buying our home (mortgage, lawyers, home inspectors, repair etc.) She was very proactive at getting everything we needed looked after and made the overall experience wonderful for us and very low stress. Shannon thank you for that! She is also a wonderful person to do business with and built a great repor with us right from the start! We consider her a friend today as well as a strategic partner as far as our real estate needs are. She would be my first choice and first recommendation to anyone looking to buy, sell, lease or rent a property. She has set the customers service bar very high I don't see anyone else providing as much value as she does. Thanks again Shannon for all your time, effort and hard work for us. Chris Pedersen
