Zoi & her team are simply the best. We listed our home just before leaving for 6 weeks away and they had it sold within a week. We were thousands of kms away and we felt like we were still in the same town. Their knowledge of our community, and the current market, made this team the team for us! Thank you all for your hard work, dedication & professionalism.

Our entire experience with the Zoi Ouzas team was exceptional! What can be a stressful process was many times even enjoyable. The professionalism of Tracy, Kate and Bethany, as well as their wonderful sense of humour, made each step in the process extremely clear and efficient. Zoi was wonderfully supportive when things didn’t work out as we had hoped and her experience, creativity and sense of humour made it a real pleasure to work with her. We sold our house and now are making a new home in the house that Zoi helped us purchase. We hope never to have to move again but if we do, we would definitely use Zoi’s team again.

We worked with Tracey Cerisano to buy our first house. I can not say enough good things about her. We met with several Realtors before choosing her as we wanted one we felt had our absolute best interest in mind. She went above and beyond what is required and helped us find our ideal first house and at a really good price. Her honesty, integrity, patience and work ethic are impeccable. She also has a great sense of humor! 😀 I highly recommend her! - Jessica and Kostas
