Re: Miguel Lima Hi my name is Christine Dow. My husband Scott and I have purchased quit a few homes over the years. In all the years that we have dealt with Realtor's we have never dealt with someone so caring, compassionate and actually concerned about us. Miguel helped us in every way possible, right from the beginning to the end. Here’s my story about great customer service. When we called Miguel about putting our home for sale he came by the house with some comparable listing to show us the market value of homes in our area, and also brought some listing for homes that we may be interested in purchasing as he had asked us what we were looking for. Within a few days Miguel had stager's come into our home to make it perfect for future homeowners. He also put our listing on CHCH TV, had a Safari Tour luncheon for other agents to view our home. All these things I had never heard of before, he did absolutely everything to make our home shine. I don’t think there was a day that went bye that he was not in contact with us, keeping us informed about everything. Within 3 weeks we had our offer on our home. Needless to say we had already purchased one, so now we had to bridge our houses as the closing dates were a few months apart. The home we had purchased needed renovations, and being that the funds would not be accessible for a while, he hooked us up with a lender so we would be able to start our renovations. Miguel called us every day during our adventure as I call it, to see if there was anything we needed. After our move he even came by the house to see if we were enjoying our new place, and still wanted to know if there was anything he could do for us. Miguel did more than any person could have for us. I must say he was with us every step of the way. I would have to say Miguel was by far the best Realtor I have ever dealt with. When I tell my friends about him they are literally blown away. I honestly would have to say that he is not only my Realtor he has become part of our family. xoxo Thanks, The Dow Family
