I have worked with Nick now for almost 4 years and he is always looking out for the best interests of his clients! Personable and professional! His real estate knowledge and attention to details are invaluable and I would highly recommend him should you be considering selling or buying!

Choosing Nick to help me sell my home was a great decision. He came to our initial meeting with very helpful information and explained the process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate. From our very first meeting, Nick went the extra mile to answer all my questions, make himself available, supporting me all the way whether it was with final clean up or staging. Using his home staging system, our home was transformed in a comfortable, yet neutral way that would allow potential buyers to see the house as ‘theirs’. Nick didn’t just come and put up a sign. He waited to list our house until after it was ready and passed 'his' inspection. Once it was listed, we had two open houses and we had 3 offers come in shortly after. In fact, we had our house sold within a few days and above list price! He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend him over any conventional brokers. James Bowden
