Worst Service

They do not keep the commitment with their client after the deal closing. Their agent committed for cashback incentives before purchase the property but after deal closing neither the agent or the brokerage contacted or block your number and never responded. I have suffered monetary losses by their agent Nehal Choudhury. Be careful with this brokerage and the agent.

Sam and his team are always available when you need them. My fiancée and I were referred to them through a friend when looking for a home, and we couldn't be happier to have them be our agent. Now we use them for both selling and buying. Sam is super friendly and has thorough knowledge of the area. Definitely the best agent in the area to go through for any real estate business.

This team of down-to-earth experts knew exactly how to take care of my real estate needs. They never wasted my time once. They showed me newly released properties, with features on my wish list, and stopped at nothing to negotiate terms that I was comfortable with. I'd like to say Thank You to Amir and the team for getting me into my dream home. It's been a happy 3 years of working together, and as always, I look forward to our next project. Cheers!

Had a great experience using the Real Estate office to sell my property. The agent helped sell my condo in a very short period at great value. Communication was very open and quick during the whole process. Would definitely use this office in the future!
