We called in Alex to help our company sell one of the properties we were holding. Alex was quick to respond and highly attentive to detail. Alex helped us plan out the entire sales process and was always more than happy to answer our questions. We got a great price for our property, and we are extremely satisfied with Alex's services.

Alex was a fantastic help in helping me secure a condo downtown. He has great knowledge of various downtown condos and was very honest with his opinions. I never felt pressured to buy, I felt comfortable working with him and in the end we got a great deal. Alex and I communicated via text messages and even when I was getting stressed out he was always very helpful and calm. I would highly recommend him.

Alex is an industry professional with a proven track record. He was referred to me by one of my friends whom Alex's team assisted in selling his house. Alex helped me to make sense out of Toronto’s real estate market and to identify several investment opportunities among thousands of offerings. Thanks to Alex and his obsession with numbers I now have a clear long-term real estate investment strategy. I strongly recommend Alex to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in Toronto. His detailed approach and in-depth knowledge of the industry speaks for itself.

Alex is a great agent with a large network of connections in GTA. He perfectly understands local housing market trends and provides honest and justified advice. I was provided with an extensive comp analysis which helped us to make right pricing decision. Knowledge is power!

Alex setup an appointment to view my condo and no showed. I took time out of my day to meet him and setup my condo, when I could’ve been spending time with my daughter instead. He followed up later that afternoon to say he was sick,...after I posted this review and emailed him. He also requested that I consider altering this review (to a more favourable rating, I assume). The situation is simple. He asked if a time of day worked for me and I agreed it did. He no showed. Being sick is no excuse for not communicating that to your potential clients. If you can’t personally get in touch yourself, get a member of your team to reach out on your behalf. If I no showed to my job and wrote after the fact to say I was sick - I wouldn’t have a job anymore.
