Rosanne Agasee is a professional and a helping person. She helped us for the sale of our property in Toronto and we were happy with the results. Rosanne Agasee was recommended to us and her skill and technique was far beyond our expectations. She just navigated the subtle process of dealing with existing tenants like a professional and ensured their cooperation and facilitation. Her advice and communication were amazing and she kept us updated about the property. Her skill and professional was the gem our success to achieve impressive results. Rosanne is a hard working agent and great person also. I would recommend her to everyone, including my friends and colleagues.

I recommend working with Forest Hill Real Estate to sell your apartment. I sold mine through them and had an excellent experience. Josh Borden did an excellent job and got a steady number of clients till we finalized on the buyer. Thank you.

My husband and I were very impressed with not only our Forest Hill Realtor, but the entire support staff, they went above and beyond to help of the right house and walked us through every step of the closing process making it stress-free! They provided us with an excellent home inspector and were always there to answer our questions! We highly recommend the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Throughout my adult years. I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow. I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes, but ultimately Cathy's team was able to truly guide me through this important process. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust, and I feel very lucky to have found that in this boutique Yorkville Brokerage.

We had the pleasure of working with Catherine Himelfarb and she is fantastic! We are first time home buyers and both Catherine and her staff treated us with patience and care. She was very Knowledgeable and honest with her opinions about all the homes we viewed, and I could tell our happiness was her main goal. We highly recommend calling Cathy.
