To Whom It May Concern:
We recently closed a sale of our property, and it is a pleasure to write about our experience and relationship we enjoyed with them.
First of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Elden Freeman, Daniel Freeman, (They are brothers and Nancy is their mother), Randi Kwinta and lastly but not least Ted and his wife Pearl.
In short they are people who do more than what they say. I am going to reflect the process stage by stage.
Pre-listing;
As soon as I contacted the Freeman Team Daniel visited me with all the necessary information for us to base our decision on whether to list our property with them. I had a few pages of questions of my own,too. Daniel thoroughly explained using his well prepared data and his experience until I understood well. Then Elden joined in another visit. All my subsequent questions were whole heartedly welcomed. I asked even a rude sounding question, but they answered sincerely and graciously in a very reasonable manner without getting upset.
Listing and pricing
It was not difficult to decide to list with them. They were always sensitive to our needs and very interactive. They were always flexible, listened to and accommodated our requests They were so patient not to blame us for a change of our heart sometimes. They were comfortable with different methods of pricing and we were free to choose whichever suited us.
Preparation
I did not have to do any work to prepare. They took all the responsibility to prepare our place for showing. I never had to worry about anything. Everything was done so quickly, peacefully, and smoothly. Their team work was amazing. From the first meeting to open house and offer it was just over two weeks. Randi’s talent as an interior decorator was most appreciated. Her ideas were relevant and she even helped me out with real work. And Ted and Pearl. They hanged around with me almost all day helping me so tirelessly with furniture , and appliances.
Offer
This was the most fun part. Two parties: seller, and multiple purchasers, were provided with different rooms. We were treated with lots of left over Halloween candies, delicious coffee and tea. The process of offer was completely transparent. We could even directly deal with the buyers sometimes. Elden was back and forth in between all parties conveying messages, supporting and giving advice to us, seller, (because he was representing us). Even when we almost encountered a “dead rockâ€, he remained calm and managed to get us out . It was a long process, but the deal was closed in one sitting. From the first meeting to the final closing it was only over one and a half months.
Nancy Freeman was not involved directly but I appreciate her contribution in this experience. For I hear that Nancy Freeman, mother of Elden and Daniel taught them to treat their clients as their families. I sure saw it. Thank you Nancy.
I have to emphasize that I appreciated that the communication between us was always super speedy. As soon as we called or e-mailed the Freeman Team we received their reply right away. It was such a stress free process. Thank you for this precious experience.
