When we had a huge risk by buying a property before selling our existing one we needed to sell and close within a tight deadline and at the right price. We looked at a couple of agents, but in the end we decided to go with Kristy. I cannot thank her enough. Her attention to detail, and making sure all the paperwork was done correctly and in a timely manner, dealing with our mortgage manager and lawyer, as well as her eye for detail when it came to staging and promoting the property. All this while I was travelling overseas as well. My partner and I cannot thank you enough, thanks to you we sold in time to get into our new home. Thanks again :)

Jeff Lyons was our agent. This guy is the agent you want to deal with, has his clients best interests in mind. Very professional but still personable. Jeff knows what he's doing and where the market is at. He caught some mistakes the other agent(s) made that most would probably just over look. In the end we got the house we wanted and I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Evan Sage is one of the smartest real estate agents I've ever met. And I have met a lot of agents around the country. He is well-versed in technology, real estate economics and customer service. He is truly one of the most innovative agents I have ever known. Toronto is very fortunate to have Evan Sage as a real estate agent and broker in Toronto Canada!! I will be sending all of my Toronto, Canada bound clients to Evan.

Easily the best in the city! I looked into many agencies but Sage was definitely the most creative and progressive - not to mention their sock game is on point! Not only has Sage aided me in viewing real estate on my terms as my own brand, they’ve helped me cultivate a business model that will achieve my goals. Since attracting like-minded clients is important to me, the Sage marketing team worked hard to develop dynamic prints materials and a great digital presence. It’s easy to stay on top of trends in the real estate market and ahead of others in the industry as one-on-one training and frequent learning opportunities are readily available. Definitely Toronto’s best.
