Back in July, we purchased a property and Mr Best was representing the seller. It was a bit of a headache to get responses for straightforward questions, and our experienced agent was faced to unnecessary challenges. We were acquiring our 4th property but this was definitely at the bottom when it comes to our experience during the buying process: emails from our agent ignored, many pending questions; stuck outside during an agreed visit before closing (no keys in the box...) just to name few. It was an uncooperative experience and I feel for first time buyers who have had to go through this. They say sometimes, a person who has been in the industry for so long lose their motivation, this team probably fell into that. If you are buying and this team is representing the seller, GOOD LUCK WRESTLING to get answers to your questions. Why two stars, after the "wrestle", we still closed on time.

Stay away! Not trustworthy at all and does not work for you! I got screwed over by his team. Do not deal with this realtor. He could not give a rats ass about your needs. Do not, do not, do not use this man to represent your home. He could not care less about your needs in finding a home and is nothing but talk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS REALTOR

Bob has sold two houses for us and has gone over and above. Each time we told him he was crazy when he quoted us the price he could get. The first time it took two days, the second time it took two hours. He even stepped in to deal with the demands of an unreasonable buyer days after the sale had concluded
