As first time recreational home buyers we had many questions regarding the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach area. Janet went above and beyond to answer our questions and to help us determine what area and property were the right fit for our family. We highly recommend Janet to anyone looking for a realtor in the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach area!

We feel lucky to have had Janet as our real estate agent. Janet has great knowledge of the local by-laws and areas which was important for us as we do not live near Collingwood. Janet was very accommodating of our schedules and took the time to show us various options pointing out pros and cons to each of them based on what we were looking for. Janet communicated with us thoroughly and efficiently during all steps of the process. Most importantly Janet got to know us and what we really wanted leaving us extremely happy with the whole process and outcome.

Janet is a superb agent! I would definitely recommend her. She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us find the perfect new home - my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Janet, great job!

I have had the pleasure of working with Janet professionally for the last year. It is very apparent that Janet goes above and beyond to care for her clients. Janet's experience as a real estate professional and kind personality make her a real asset to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. I highly recommend her!
