When we moved to Canada, Brian was amazing with helping us find a place to rent and eventually buy our own house. He took his time to understand what we were looking for and gave great advice. I definitely recommend Brian Abela for the great service and our beautiful home.

I was determined to use a local agent because everyone said that I should. I was referred to Brian and I called him as he was highly recommended. Within minutes I felt that Brian was not only professional, but tactful and knowledgeable agent. He had no objections to me interviewing other agents, and was nothing but courteous and confident. When I interviewed him I knew rather certainly that I was going to list my house with him. He explained everything very carefully, and I was impressed by his ability to listen and plan his actions that best suited what I wanted. In the end, I'm glad I listened to his advice as I ended up selling my house very fast, with multiple offers and above asking. I truly received about $25,0000.00 more than what I thought I would get. I would highly recommend Brian Abela and most definitely will use him for any other real estate needs that I have. Barbara. BTW..... Love the new website!!! Well done!
