Amazing experience with Pat who helped us sell our condo. He was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. He checks in regularly to provide updates and took amazing pictures of our condo for the listing. Our listing did not last long at all, with less than 1 day turn around before we started receiving offers. Highly recommended!

Pat did an incredible job writing our listing, taking pictures of our home and dealing with potential buyers.. Absolutely recommended for selling your home. He helped us selling for more than what we expected! I am absolutely amazed and impressed! Thank you so much Pat!

Pat has been very patient and friendly with our search for our first home. He is very informative, up-to-date with current market, and has good understanding of building construction. When we went to open house, Pat would point out important information about the neighborhood and strata. He responses to our inquire with timely manner. I would recommend Pat to all my friends.

A friend referred me to Pat when I wanted to list my townhouse. He sold it very quickly and for almost asking price. I was extremely happy to use his services again to find a house. He went above and beyond to help me in every way from finding a place and then putting me in touch with great people to help renovate. I can't say enough about how much he did for me as a client. I am very proud now to have him as a friend.

Pat was timely and efficient in helping get my apartment sold. He did this even though I had to travel overseas. His responses were always prompt and his suggestions with respect to pricing, market conditions etc. were well informed. I highly recommend him.
