Not so great

At present ,this complex seems to be going threw a very noisy and incomplete set of repairs ,that have been extremely annoying to many elderly tenants here. There has been a quick ,what seems to be , change over of staff since last year. And now it,s happening again. The latest members ,as it turns out, are heavy smokers who smoke a lot on their balcony. When the wind blows ,it come right over to our balcony. We end up going inside to avoid the stink. The shortage of staff also causes delays in maintenence, such as vacuming. And the on going repairs are taking for ever. Disappointing.

Awesome staff...well kept and clean.... So it's 10 months since my original review and I would like to add...thank you to not only, Todd and Karen, and Ray and Cindy, but to all my neighbors on the 5th floor for being the "village" in helping me to seeing my grandchildren go from birth to their first day of school...it really does take a village and I couldn't be more happy that it was here at Lorneville apartments...BEST MANAGEMENT AND NEIGHBOURS EVER !!!! 🤗

The managers always harass us and we feel unsafe to leave our apartment sometimes and it's easily the worst place we moved. Thank you Eva for making our time here so far a pleasant one, especially swearing at us that was nice
