Ali was referred to us by a close friend that had just bought a condo in Markham. At first, my boyfriend and I had our sights too big for what we could afford, but Ali was patient and allowed us to drive our own house search. We originally were looking in Markham until we kept getting out bid over and over again, but Ali stayed hopeful. Finally, we chose to set our sights in Newmarket where we found our amazing home that we've been living in for 7 months now. It wasn't easy, we faced a few challenges along the way, but Ali and his team helped us through and we couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a realtor, Ali is your guy!

Ali was extremely diligent in his process to help determine the listing price. His ability to go above and beyond in making the unit listing stand out in comparison to other units clearly played a part in us selling at such a good price. He was extremely thorough and transparent in his paperwork, which was very good to see. Will definitely go back to Ali for any future investments or when buying my new home.
