Mario Francella is the paradigm of what a perfect real estate agent should be. He is genuine and pays attention to detail when it comes to finding his clients the perfect home. Mario made it his mission to find me the perfect condo in Yorkville. He went above and beyond to the point of holding the umbrella on the rainy days.

When I found out that I had to relocate in Toronto over the holidays, David Morales and Blue Elephant Realty Inc. was there to help me. They gave me excellent guidance. David is very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, patient, professional and generous with his time. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Renting in the Toronto market is challenging, but working with David made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I truly look forward to working with David in the future and highly recommend him and Blue Elephant Realty. Sarah Robb

Blue Elephant is the gold standard in real estate brokerages. Their marketing strategy both print and digital is far beyond their competitors. They have great agents who are motivated. Will be my next choice for buying or selling in the Oakville area!

Had them as a buyer brokerage to our house we sold. Still waiting for our funds to be released, our lawyer has contacted them twice. Very disorganized.
