I would definitely recommend Christina and the Invidiata Team! Christina was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. The marketing they provided for selling our home was top notch. I would highly recommend her and the Invidiata Team over any other, as you will work with a true professional that provides great service with knowledge of the market. I know from experience as Christina was able to sell our home in less then one week.

We have had the pleasure of working with Lorne Howell on 6 residential buying and selling transactions in the past 30 months. Backed by the incredible resources of The Invidiata Team, combined with his experience, skill, knowledge and impeccable reputation, we could enter the market with extreme confidence. Lorne was careful and deliberate to make sure our goals were always aligned. When selling, he would proactively share the analytics as to how our home was trending online and continuously keep us apprised if the most current market data. We were always well informed, no matter what side of the transaction we were on. It is amazing what a difference a true expert can make, especially in the Southeast Oakville market where market conditions are so unique and can be volatile from time to time. Lorne was our Rock when we experienced some of this volatility! And we always knew the entire Invidiata Team was at the ready to pitch in, including Christopher, should the need ever arise! Rene, Thank you for how you have treated us, and continue to, throughout the purchase of our home. We have been thrown a few curve balls here and there, as is common when trying to buy a house, but you have been with us every step of the way, helping us to navigate, and constantly in communication with us. When we met last summer at the house on Rebecca, my inner voice told me you were honest and caring, which is why I asked if you would work with us to find a home. I am so glad that I listened to my feeling. I have never, in my life, worked with a realtor who provides such full customer service. I want to start out by giving 5 stars to Lorne Howell. He is a consummate professional who... not just says it but does it! We met Lorne a couple of years before we engaged him to sell our place. He took the time to get to know us, our priorities and objectives and then patiently kept us updated during this period. Once we were ready to proceed he was proactive with his advice and his attention to detail was exceptional. He is a good listener, prepared to share his advice but recognizes that the final decision is the client's. He was active and fully engaged in the process with an objective to have a sale within a week. He over delivered on all counts! I highly recommend Lorne and want to thank him for everything he did for us.
