We were referred to Greg by our friends who recently moved to Hamilton when we were looking for an investment property. I have to say that Greg is one of the best agents we have ever dealt with and the biggest thing about him as there is NO Pressure. We live in Toronto so we come from a highly competitive real estate market and we understand how incredibly competitive his work can be, but he really is looking out for what is in the best interest of the client. We were nervous first time investors and he literally held our hand through the whole entire process answering multiple questions again and again with patience, integrity and frankness. He really is the best agent in Hamilton! We hope to work with him again when we are ready for our next investment.

We met Greg at an open house during our initial search. Greg, being a former Torontonian, was so helpful because he totally got what type of neighbourhood we were looking for as he was familiar with the neighbourhoods in Toronto. He was our very own Hamilton guide, showing us the best cafes and restaurants, and is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market here. He was prompt at returning our calls and emails and being clueless first time home owners, we felt he had our back every step of the way. He continued to check in after our offer was accepted, explaining how to set up hydro and gas accounts, recommending trades people, and just making sure we were ready for closing day. I cannot recommend him enough to help you find your perfect Hamilton home.

Working with Greg to find and purchase our first home was an awesome experience. He is so kind, and so knowledgeable. He strikes the perfect balance of assertive and accommodating - we always felt heard and understood, but he knew when to make suggestions and how to gently navigate our anxieties. Being first-time home buyers, we weren't really sure what we needed. But Greg knew all along and helped us find the perfect home for our growing family! Can't recommend enough working with Greg to find a home in Hamilton!

We met Greg through MLS when inquiring about a house that we liked before we had a realtor. He called us the next day and we hit it off and he became our realtor. We are relocating from Toronto with a 2 year old and he was very accommodating in setting up showings and taking us around the city based on our childs schedule. He listed to our wants and needs for our first house and helped us to find a great one. He made the experience fun for us and was available to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgable about Hamilton and especially in advising where coming from Toronto, we might find some familiarity. He has been supportive throughout our closing and we can't wait to move in!

Our family recently relocated from Toronto to Hamilton and were in a rush to find a new home in a city we knew very little about. From our first meeting with Greg, we were reassured by his professionalism, friendliness, and attention to the particulars we were hoping to find in our new home. After our initial meeting we spent a couple of weeks with Greg touring the various different neighborhoods in Hamilton. Greg demonstrated a excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Hamilton, and was a charming and informative guide to the restaurants, coffee shops, and children’s recreational spots in the city. After less than two weeks we had identified the neighborhood we wanted to settle in, and made an offer on our new home. During the tense back and forth negotiations which followed, Greg was patient, ever available, and invested in the process in a genuine and considerate way on our behalf. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a home in Hamilton.
