I just moved in and finished a very smooth buy and sell of homes! Brandon, you offered me solid advice, kept me informed on all details and next steps, and helped me make informed decisions. The seamless process made my buying and selling experience smooth and incredibly easy! You were friendly, always professional and knowledgeable when modifying my contracts a few times. Initially we were not interested in hiring any real estate agent to sell our first home and wanted to seek out the cheapest option possible - and what a mistake that would have been! Between the stress taken out of this entire process by the Nick and the Zahnd team (using current evidence based research of the market and properties, logical strategies and techniques, providing a reputable home inspector, professional staging advice and use of storage unit) and getting our home sold swiftly at a price higher than any comparibles on our block, we could not be happier. It was a truly sound investment, as we would never have been able to get anywhere near as much for our home without their services, and all without the headache! The purchase of our new home was also as smooth as could be. Overall it was a very impressive experience that you will simply not receive at other real estate agencies, and we strongly recommend Nick and the Zahnd teams services to anyone buying or selling a home in Guelph.

Brandon Town of The Zahnd Team recently worked with my husband and me for the second time around. This time, we were looking to upsize in order to accommodate our growing family, which meant both selling our existing home, and finding a suitable second home and coordinating both sides of the transaction. My husband and I had a general idea of what we were looking for, but were not looking to settle for anything less than perfect given that this was going to be our long-term family home. Brandon was patient, always responsive, and offered valuable insight based on his experience. Brandon never pressured us to make any decisions, and always outlined the facts to ensure that we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. He managed to help us buy our perfect home (while negotiating in some smaller items in our favour), while coordinating a sale at full list price on the exact same day in order to give us the peace of mind we needed to make our purchase. He coordinated the closing dates we wanted, and went above and beyond when the purchasing agent wasn’t able to accommodate our buyers home inspection time frame. Brandon did everything in his power to make sure both our buy and sell went as smoothly as possible, while ensuring they were completed in a way that we were comfortable with. Brandon is professional, intelligent, well spoken, and offers an above-par service level to his clients. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for an agent, and will highly recommend Brandon to anyone who asks.

I’d like to start this off by saying I never write reviews, much less ones this long however if you are considering buying or selling your home look no further. The Zahnd team made buying our first home a seamless process. As first time home buyers we had no idea about the process or what we even really wanted and expected our first meeting with Greg and the team to be intimidating. Upon our consultation with Greg we were very warmly welcomed into the office by June, their outstanding receptionist. The friendly environment was casual but substantiated but an unmatched level of professionalism. The Zahnd team handled us so well. Rather than using high pressure techniques we were educated on how to buy a home and what to look for. This was essential when we were viewing homes as it permitted us to make our own informed decisions and when we came across things that were questionable, our realtor was quick to have information or able to get it almost immediately in most cases. It was hard to imagine that we weren’t our agents’ only clients. Greg and the team were constantly at our disposal day or night, regardless of his 16 other clients. Text messages and group chats were always replied to almost instantly, they all worked around my irregular schedule with ease. We closed on our new home on May 22nd and Greg and the team are still staying in contact with us, ensuring everything is taken care of and continually making changes to ensure we are happy. I have referred the Zahnd team to co-workers who are equally as happy with their paramount customer service. It was the luck of the draw that we ended up with the Zahnd team and up until speaking with many co-workers I thought this was how everyone got treated when buying a home. Many who have bought homes have heard nothing from their agents after they wrote the cheque. When I tell them about Greg and the team at Zahnd they are impressed and often wishing they had made the same decision when choosing a firm. Going forward I wouldn’t consider anyone else when buying or selling a home. These guys are really the best
