It was a pleasure working with Shawn. He helped us find the perfect home for our family in the price range and neighborhood we wanted. All transactions went smooth and Shawn was always available to answer any questions we had. This is the second time we have worked with Shawn to buy a home and we definitely recommend him to anyone looking for real estate.

I have worked with Shawn for the past several years. He is extremely diligent, an excellent negotiator, and a caring individual. He takes pride in his work, has great follow up skills and an ability to find homes for his clientele, and support his clients to get them reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Shawn as a realtor.

My husband and I went through 2 real estate agents before we found Shawn. He was the only agent that took the time to listen to what we wanted. We would call him when a listing went up and we were in the home viewing it the SAME DAY. He returns our calls and e-mails instantly, we love that! He found our dream home and sold our house in a few short months. Don't waste your time with other agents like we did. If you looking for results give this gentlemen a call!

Shawn has tremendous respect for his clients, and his follow up after "the deal is done" was always appreciated. I would 100% recommend Shawn to my friends and family and will work with him again in the future!
