What a fantastic experience we had with Raymond Pace. He sold my mothers house before it went on the market. He connects buyers with sellers just as he promised he would do. Raymond went out of his way to make this as easy as possible for our family. I highly recommend him to sell or buy your home!

Raymond and Cynthia were a great help in making the selling experience of my mother's home a pleasant and quick process. The house was not even formally listed before it sold, based on buyers they had lined up and ready to bid on the home. No open houses, not prospective buyers visiting the house! Thank you, Century 21 Pace Team!

I have bought and sold homes with Raymond Pace and his team for a number of years. Ray and team are ultimate professionals who conduct research way beyond the average realtor to ensure that I am receiving top dollar for the home that I was selling or paying just the right amount for the home that I purchased. Their service levels differentiate them from the pack. I would highly recommend them equally to buyers and sellers.
