I have had the pleasure of working with Brendan Kelly on numerous occasions in both the sale and purchase of my current home, as well as in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. He is always polite, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He always puts his clients needs first and is willing to put in the extra time to ensure that he helps you find a home that best suits your needs and/or a purchaser who will give you full market value or better for your sale. I can safely say that without his help we never would have been able to purchase the home we did, and we never would have been so happy. The previous owner of our home mentioned to us after the sale that "our realtor is what helped to win them over." I would not have any hesitation in using him in the future and would highly recommend him to other potential clients.

I have had the pleasure of referring my clients that move out of the Brampton area to the Mississauga / Etobicoke area to Rich. I have known Rich for many years, he is extremely knowledgeable and focused on getting you in your dream home. If you are looking to buy in the Port Credit area or Meadowvale area then Rich is your man.

Bought our first house through Alice C at Re/Max and couldn't be happier with the level of service. So many things to consider for a first time buyer, but she took the time to walk us through everything and make sure that we only bought the house we both loved. I have no doubt she could have sold us 3 or 4 houses before we landed on our dream house, but she took that time to make sure that we were both happy and settled for nothing other than everything we wanted! Thanks again, will refer to all I know in the market

I had the pleasure of meeting Brendan a couple of years ago and thought right away that he was a true professional. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and never made me feel insecure or ashamed of having less experience in the world of real estate as he has. Fast forward to today and I am extremely satisfied with the way Brendan handled a property my family has in Mississauga. As I live in another city, I enlisted Brendan to manage the entire process of renovating the property, listing it for rental, tenant screening and now managing the property. Not only did he meet my expectations, he surpassed them with his insights and understanding of the market. I would HIGHLY recommend Brendan and his team to anyone looking for a true professional whose integrity helps him protect his clients and help satisfy (and beat) their needs and expectations!!

Hopefully this review will get across through these 5 star ratings. I have to say that I won't generalize here, but will mention a realtor who we hired together with my boyfriend, which left us very unsatisfied. Brendan Kelly is a man that instills trust in you, is polite and seems to be very knowledgeable. Although, this realtor does not take responsibility for his work and will not be compassionate and on your side or offer a solution to leave his client satisfied. I don't doubt the fact that he has a lot of experience and is professional, but showed to be careless. Brendan rented our house to a man who smokes, who lives with the dog and is very untidy, and above all was not capable of paying monthly rent- the things that went against our wishes when we hired Brendan. Bredan also claims that another realtor from Royal Lepage Medowtowne Jessica Alexopoulos suggested to go with this renter and they shared the cost of what me and my boyfriend paid for this unprofessional work. Easy money eh? We have been reaching out to our realtor, no viable solution is offered, except an offer to go to court and target the renter. It's very unfortunate for them to lose yet another client and I will spread the word around.
