Greg was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding to our personal needs. No matter how many questions we had, Greg would always take the time to go over everything with us patiently and make sure we understood. He made our experience in buying our first home very smooth, and whatever we needed he pointed us in the right direction, as well as helping to connect us with other needs that come along in buying a home. I would definitely recommend Dewar Realty and use them again in the future (that is if we ever want to move) we love our house!!

Greg really has a great understanding of the KW and Guelph markets. He's honest and gives you the facts you need to make a wise financial decision. He delivered exactly what we needed from a realtor. Professionalism, knowledgeable, honest. Would recommend any first time home buyer to go straight to him.

We highly recommend Greg Dewar of Greg Dewar Realty. We live out of town and were looking for a future home to retire in and be close to family. Greg not only found us our dream home, he also helped us find tenants to lease our home until we can move it. Greg was very prompt when it came to getting back to us and went out of his way to help us. He even went over the checked the house when we got a call from the town regarding high water usage. We would have no problem using Greg for any future transaction.

Our family was in the market for a home in Guelph in September of 2017. Within minutes of contacting Dewar realty, homes of interest started showing up to my email. Greg helped narrow down realistic options, set up showings and understood how to help a home buyer develop their own opinions. As a new purchaser, although well researched, I found that there was plenty I didn't know. Greg's knowledge filled in the gaps and with his patience, we successfully purchased a home within days of meeting Dewar Realty. Without Greg's strategic and timely interpretations of the Guelph, Cambridge and KW real estate markets, our purchase would not have been possible. By far the most competent realter I've met in the area and his success for us shows just that. Thanks to Dewar Realty from the Campbell family.

If you are a first time home buyer I 100% recommend Greg for you. He educated me about the market and cons o. I was honest with him and said I was not planning to actually buy something because I didn't have money for the 20% down payment... He respected my plan and worked with me. Well.. after 3 months of looking I bought my first house. My mortgage is only $950 per month... I was renting a place for $1200 a month prior... I'm actually saving $250 a month all thanks to Greg! Happy hunting! :)
