As a professional home inspector, I work with a lot of real estate agents. Many different styles, level of commitment, communication styles, etc. Amanda Disisto impressed me with her energy, drive and enthusiasm in best representing her client's interests. I have seen first hand her tenacity in follow-through when it came to large health and safety findings as a result of home inspections performed for our mutual clients. I have sold a total of 3 homes with Coldwell Banker, and have purchased 2. Earlier I was served by Judy Hermesch, and more recently by Amanda (Disisto) Rodriguez. There were no glitches in any of the dealings we have had, and they were always there to answer any question that we may have had. Also, each time a had a property up for sale it was under contract within 3 weeks of listing. Excellent service.
