This review is of Linda Ciararrocchi who was representing the buyer in the sale of my home. I had a horrible experience with this agent. The morning of the home inspection she arrived at my home with her sister accompanying her due to the weather she stated. This move was extremely stressful for me since it was an out of state move that was essentially forced on my husband and I due to his employer. At the time my husband was already relocated to the new home in another state which left me handling all of the issues related to sale of home. So the day of the inspection I was informed about two hours into that it would be another 2 hours. I had no idea it would be this long and asked if I could have a minute to let my dog out and then get out of the house with him. I overheard Linda talking about me as she sat on my couch with her sister and made herself comfortable, feet kicked up, sitting talking badly about me not being “nice” which blew my mind. The buyer she represented backed out of this sale the day of closing claiming the house had dog poop in the yard. First of all, we had not lived in the home since the snow cleared, secondly we had left all of the pool toys, equipment, storage shelving, bar stools, extra paint, two extra refrigerators, etc. all at their request. This was a setback but our home still closed 48 hours later. So the only motivation to write this for me was to express how rude this agent was and I wouldn’t use her to sell a dog house.

Nothing but professional and attentive service. Jeff was absolutely fantastic every step of the way. He helped us get our house ready to sell and was prompt with every question I had, which was many. The main office staff was always friendly and genuinely happy that I sold my home. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was in town from Arizona and leaving the next day. Asked Mary O'Neill to get me an idea of current rents in my rental home location and also an appraisal if I were to sell it. Here it is, 3 days later and no response from her. Very unprofessional. I found another broker willing to make some cash by actually doing some work.

This company is unethical and doesn't give buyers a fair chance at finding their dream home. DEFINITELY stay away from them, especially the ever-incompetent Jeffrey Daniel. He is a snake and won't take buyers seriously. He'll put you on ice while he sticks to his own hidden agenda and leave you left without a house or any idea of what happened or what was going on. It's most certainly a waste of your time to deal with these guys!
