Sebastien Simpson has been very active with helping us to find the right tenant for our property. He would not hesitate to advise us when there may be a potential with a prospective tenant and we really appreciate his help on this. In addition, one thing that I really personally value is that Sebastien is always prompt in his response, either via email or via phone call. This gives us assurance that he is a responsible agent and gives us a sense of security that he will look after us and our property.

I stayed as a tenant for two years in a property managed by Coopers of London. My experience has been very good in all aspects of the property management. I would especially like to thanks Callan for his timely responses and clear communication throughout the tenancy.

We rented through Coopers for three years and have had a really good experience. Callan who was our property manager was always very helpful and quick to reply if we had any questions or issues.

After a number of years of dud agents, it is a relief to have found Callan Pang. Excellent service, responsive, can answer queries on licencing & contracting and provides good advice. Has one of those rare qualities that are hard to find... he cares! Also backed up by a good maintenance team that charge reasonable rates
