The customer service standard provided by Chestertons Mayfair far exceeded the service levels of other estate agencies in London. In specific, the agent who supported me, Victor Vuillier, helped me find and arrange viewings for flats listed with Chestertons and other agencies. I really appreciated the time and effort that was dedicated to my housing search. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a flat in London should use Chestertons, in particular the Mayfair branch.

Victor found me apartment less than few days. His professionalism and the way to negotiate to get me the best deal believe me, it was amazying. If you ever want a house in less than few days then you must go in Chestertons Mayfair to ask Victor. He will get the best deal for you. Thank you Victor.

For the best help in London to find a home, go to Chesterton's and ask for Victor. (I'm sure the rest of the team are as great too!) We were dreading the challenge of finding a home, and we'd had some ghastly experiences. But Victor understood what we needed and quickly gave us some phenomenal options. Within no time we'd found the perfect place and were settled happily. When the time comes to move on, we won't be asking anyone else to help.

Chestertons agents were extremely helpful throughout the sales process. A big contrast compared with their competitors. Sebastian the manager is wonderful. Their customer service is probably the reason I ended up buying through them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to new and novice buyers.
