Tim Fifield and his team including Ellie Louise did a fabulous job in letting an apartment recently in Covent Garden within two weeks of receiving instructions. The team were professional, courteous and efficient and things went smoothly from marketing and agreeing heads of terms to completion of contracts. I would definitely recommend their Covent Garden office to prospective landlords. Well done guys !!👌👌😺😺

Extremely professional. I enjoyed working with Barnard Marcus, Ellie in particular, all my requests have been dealt with quickly. I am renting a studio through this agency, and all the process from viewing the property to moving in has gone quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended letting agency in Covent Garden!

The staff here (Daniel) we encountered is very professional and attentive, addressed our questions promptly and found us a very lovely place at the heart of Govent Garden, which we think is totally fab!

“Barnard Marcus in Covent Garden was the most proactive of the agents I contacted when I returned to London after 10 years in Australia. They had the best range of apartments, and quickly worked out what I was looking for. So I didn’t waste any time with them looking at places that did not meet my requirements. The team also went out of their way to help work around all the challenges you face setting up bank accounts and credit cards etc. in a new country. So I would happily recommend both Tim and Daniel.
