Hi Lee, I picked up the keys to my new home today. And I thought it would be a appropriate time to tell you how much I have appreciated your help and support throughout the whole process. You have taken the time to understand what I was looking for and you always put my interests first. I genuinely appreciated your honest feedback on each property I visited with you. At no point did I feel like you were not on my side. There are not many real estate agents that would have shown that level of care. Furthermore, the care didn't stop when I found the right property! You put me in contact with diligent surveyors and laywers too. Throughout the due diligence and completion period, you stayed in the loop, maintaining the momentum with all parties involved to ensure a very smooth exchange and completion. You clearly know your sector inside out and I am highly grateful of all the help, support and professionalism I was the recipient of. I wish you all the best in the future and hope that you will still be there when the time comes for me to sell my property... it might be 15 years down the road though! Thank you, Daisy

To whom it may concern twice in mylife I have hit rock bottom and not known where or what my living situation would be.Along comes Diana Tran and my gloom and depression lifts. Not Only is she one of the nicest human beings , but sh e knows her job and seems to conjure up flats or houses to fit one’s needs.Diana is so efficient and takes all the stress out of the procedure. She instinctively knows what would suit one.She is amazing and I am recommending her as ‘simply the best’ in the letting market.I recommend her with all my heart. Yours faithfully Hillary Pilkington.

I had the pleasure of working with Shereen Malik who was extremely professional and efficient. Shereen worked hard to secure the best deal for her client and liaised with all parties to ensure one of the swiftest transactions in The Modern House's twelve year history. I would highly recommend.
