I recently relocated to London for a job opportunity and due to my average annual income and probationary period on my contract, was having difficulties finding a reliable agency and flat to let. Maliha and Nana were exceptionally helpful in finding me a great flat in Kennington that exceeds my expectations for the price range. The whole process took less than two weeks and I was happily moved into my new flat. I was nervous because I noticed some poor reviews of Barnard Marcus (as an agency) but despite these, I personally found them to be very helpful. I would definitely work with them again.

I had previously had a bad tenant whom had misused my property, had significant rent arrears and I had a previous bad experience from a letting agency. So when Nana, Letting Branch Manager from Kennington approach me to let my property, I was very reluctant to use his services but he had such a caring, persuasive and professional approach I decided to give him a try. His help, support and advice was immense in getting my property refurbished and up to standard, to the extent the first tenant that viewed wanted it straight away and is now my tenant. I would recommend his service to anyone. Excellent service and support.

We've just had an offer accepted on a beautiful house which we never thought we'd be able to own in London. Both Darrens made the process a friendly and honest one and we have nothing but high praise for them and Jordan who helped us with all the documentation. They're a great bunch. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟
