Everyone that works in this Estate Agent is so friendly and loving. I love the customer Service!

AVOID - I would avoid this letting agency. As a tenant communication with this agency is very poor. Point of contact for your property changes frequently, so you have to be lucky with your main POC. If unlucky, you would likely experience inconsistent and unhelpful replies on issues. This agency is quick to blame tenants for anything wrong in the property. This agency charges for contract renewal and returning deposit will likely turn into a dispute

I have been using Martin and Co on Tooley street for three years now and they have always found me excellent tenants. They are very helpful and friendly and as I no longer live in London they make the process of running a property from further afield all that much easier. I would recommend them to anyone in this area. They are also very conveniently located for public transport which makes the rare occasions that I need to pop in to see them easy. I have used many different agents around the country and their admin and procedural side of things is as well organised as their front office (which is not always the case in my experience).

I have let my property in Borough Road through Martin & Co. for two years now and I cannot but praise the way they have been conducting themselves. In particular, Samantha Cooper there has been consistently organized, competent, informed and quick to the point; as well as friendly and courteous. It has been a pleasure to deal with her. I would recommend this agency to all those who want to avoid stress and appreciate civilized manners in business.

An opporttumity for me to thank Martin & Co for the excellent work they have done for me in the past two and a half years. They successfully marketed my house and found good tenants quickly. The small team of staff are very friendly, in particular Samantha, always helpful and ready to give good, independent advice. All in all I would highly recommend Martin & Co.
