Lydia was a real pleasure to work with. She was incredibly respectful with my time and only showed me properties that matched my search criteria. I'm surprised I'm writing a review for an estate agent but she was genuinely that good and a real credit to JLL.

Tim Des Forges & team did a great job in a tough market. Calm, genuinely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. And most important - they got us the price we wanted. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

In one of those almost unbelievable scenarios, I walked in on a whim for the first time in JLL’s Chelsea office on a Monday, was very welcome by Andrew and Lydia and by Wednesday lunchtime Lydia had produced a serious offer from a prospective tenant. Truly a record. I could not have been happier with Lydia’s professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and positivity. Everything progressed very correctly and quickly and and the tenants moved in less than two weeks later. My overall impression of JLL Chelsea is of a growing outfit where the accessibility and friendly immediacy of a small team operates within the legal, professional and ethical framework of a much larger company. Thank you Andrew and Lydia, excellent job.

Tim and the team did a marvellous job during the sale of a Kensington flat. From arranging furniture clearance, cleaning and utility visits, to keeping all parties updated and moving forward during a complex conveyancing process, Tim provided an outstanding service. With a professional and energetic local team, I would have no hesitation in recommending JLL.
