Don't waste your time and effort with this brokerage and its agents. They're extremely unprofessional and shady. The front desk staff are extremely rude and don't know how to do their job properly. We submitted an offer on one of their properties, and they didn't even register our offer when they confirmed it was done? Tim Huang in particular is a sketchy and unprofessional agent who only cares about money in his pocket. I'm pretty sure he breached some rules with RECO regarding our last transaction, and should not be in this industry. If you're looking for real estate services, I highly urge you to bring your business elsewhere, and STAY AWAY FROM TIM HUANG.

This is not a review of the entire brokerage, unfortunately I cannot review Nat Bosco independently. My daughter-in-law (and our family) were completely shocked by his ineptitude and overall demeanour. He is a horribly rude person and I would avoid working with him at all costs!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! receptionist gives misleading information and has an attitude problem. I was trying to reach the listing agent for 3 weeks and she was unable to provide a call back.text or email. Hard to close deals with this type of professionalism, my clients wanted to make an offer and it not only hurts their pockets but everyone trying to deal with this brokerages service, receptionists and esp AGENTS!
